How to Order Lunches 

 

School lunches will be catered by Huey's Catering this year.  Lunch orders for the coming month must be placed by the 25th of the prior month.

To place a lunch order, go to http://hueys.orgsonline.com

First Time Users:  Choose First Time Users, click here to login in the left column.  Follow the onscreen directions to activate your account.  Note:  You will need your 10-digit phone number and zip code to activate your account. You will also need the school code which is: 76HUEYBDSNC.

Returning Users:  Enter your user name (usually your email address) and password that you established for your account the first time you logged into the Huey's ordering system.

From there you will see your account’s Main Page with options for:

  • Main Menu
  • View Amount Due
  • View Payments
  • View Orders
  • Get Help
  • User Guide

Placing Orders:  Submit a separate order for each student (or staff member) in your family who wants hot lunches. After you fill-in each person’s online order form and confirm it, you will see a confirmation page for each order.  If you should get duplicate email confirmations don’t worry, the system only records one order per student per ordering period. Duplicate orders are not recorded. To see what you ordered, you can always go back and select View Orders to see what the system recorded for each student.

 

As you enter orders, the total amount due for your family’s orders will appear in the upper left corner of the screen listed as CURRENT BALANCE.  After all current lunch orders have been submitted, select View Orders. That page shows a recap of your family’s current orders. Use your browser to print that page to have as an easy reference to which days you ordered lunch for your school.  Please remember that no orders are processed until they are paid in full.

Important points to remember:

  • You need to place a separate order for each child (or staff member) that is ordering lunch.
  • The first time you visit the school lunch website, login as a FIRST TIME USER to activate your account. You will use your 10-digit phone number and home zip code to login and activate your account. 
  • If your login fails, please try all phone numbers listed with the school.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to setup your family account.  
  • If you encounter a login problem use the GET HELP button to request assistance.
  • The submitted information will be recorded and used next time you return to the school-lunch program.
  • You will need to login each month to place an order.  Once you are logged in, you will be taken to your account’s Main Page. 

For future reference, if you happen to forget your password -- relax!  Select the FORGOT MY PASSWORD option on the login page. If the personal question is answered correctly (case sensitive), the system will send your password to the email address recorded for your account.

You must process each order through until you see the Order Confirmation page.  Do not stop until you see an Order Confirmation for the order being submitted. The system does not recognize an order until you see the Confirmation Page. We cannot process your order if has not been fully submitted and confirmed.

If you have more than one student, enter each student’s order separately. Each student’s order amount is added to the Current Balance as orders are submitted.  One last note, if you attempt to order after the cut-off date, the system will not accept your order.

If you do not have access to a computer, you may access the lunch order site through one of the school's library computers between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.  Any computer with internet access may be used to access the ordering website. 

We will be ordering a month in advance – the dates will be the following: With exception to this first month ordering period accounts will open for ordering the 1st of each month and the cut off will be the 25th of each month for the next months lunch period (you are always ordering a month in advance).

It will be the parent’s responsibility to make sure that they do not order lunch on field trip days. 

Please note that Huey's no longer issues credits for missed lunches.
