Summer Fun at BDS

Lots of fun and educational activities for all ages. 

Short Session Day Camps:  We are offering over 60 short session day camps this summer in conjunction with the only other independent school in Alamance county, The Elon School.  Classes are available for 3 year olds to adults with a variety of subject matter such as sewing, weird science, scuba diving, reading, volleyball, basketball, drama, cooking, and more. Register online by clicking here.   Registration closing dates vary by class, so be sure to register early.

Bruins Summer Enrichment Camp: After a very successful year, we are once again offering the Bruins Summer Enrichment Camp, a 10 week full day program.  The theme for this year's camp is "Growing Our Garden".  Find out more about this fun, educational experience here.

Summer Mornings for the Very Young: This is a FREE program for 3, 4, and 5 year olds. Join us for this literacy event, cleverly disguised in the theme of a "summer road trip." Children will hear stories related to each day's theme, create a related art project and enjoy a snack.

Thursday, July 22nd 10 - 11 am - "Seashore Fun"
Friday, July 23rd 10 - 11 am - "Camping in the Mountains"
Both classes will take place at Burlington Day School.
