The theme of our annual auction this year is "BDS Wild West Roundup." In addition to our traditional silent and live auction gala event which will be held on Saturday, March 6th, at the Alamance Country Club, we are also featuring our first time ever, online auction! The online auction will open on January 13th, 2010. As always, we have a number of fun and unique items to raise money for our school. The cow hands are busy rustlin’ up new items to be added daily so stay tuned.
You can help in the following ways:
Donate an item or service to the auction. Visit the online website and click on the "Donate Now" button for a quick and easy way to donate. The more items we have, the more money we can raise. So, pardner, we need your help! Give a little and get a lot in return. Whether you have 1 item or 100 items to contribute, your participation is an invaluable part of our fundraising efforts.
- Become a sponsor. Visit the online website and click on the "Be a Sponsor" button. This includes purchasing online and catalog advertisements for your company.
- Buy event tickets. Tickets to our auction gala can be purchased for a discounted price of $70 each online this year. Individual ticket prices after 2/2/10 will be $75 each.
- Make a donation. Cash donations are easy to make and much appreciated.
- Refer your family and friends. Give all your contacts the opportunity to participate in our online auction. We will ship purchased items anywhere in the U.S. (unless otherwise specified). Our top referrers will also be listed on the online website's homepage!
