Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees are vital to a school that does not receive any type of public funding. The revenue generated by tuition and fees, along with charitable giving, provides for the school's operating expenses as a non-profit organization.
It is important to note that tuition alone does not cover the full cost of an independent school education. The additional cost per student is made up primarily through charitable donations to BDS, donations from BDS families and members of the community who recognize the value that Burlington Day School brings to their children's education and to the surrounding area.
Your child's education is an important investment in his or her future. Students who attend the BDS program throughout these formative years are provided the solid foundation upon which their high school and college successes are built. We develop in students effective habits and a love of learning that will carry them through the rest of their lives. Considering the many benefits our school has to offer, you will find that a Burlington Day School education is a high-value investment.
